WORLD PREMIERE: Christina Rotondo – Holy

Nelipott Music are excited to present you the world premiere of Christina Rotondo’s debut music video, Holy.

She’s toured the UK, collaborated with the likes of Shields, Our Hollow Our Home and Midday Committee, and even played Download Festival as the front-woman for Searching Alaska in 2013, but now Christina Rotondo is going it solo, and if her debut is anything to go by, 2016 is going to be huge for the 23 year old.

With influences from the likes of PVRIS and Bring Me The Horizon, Christina has built a name for herself by creating well put-together covers on YouTube. With her channel currently standing at 33,000 subscribers strong and and over 2.3 million views, this is the first original Christina is putting out via self-release.

Holy is a slow building track with a huge, explosive finale, and probably not something you’d expect from a tiny little female from Surrey. The delayed guitars and incredibly strong vocals are somewhat haunting, and the stunning visuals in the 4 minute video help to create the all-round perfect release. A song about failure and search for belonging, Christina’s passion is shown through all aspects of her performance.

Recently graduating from the British Institute of Modern Music after winning a scholarship for Vocal Music Performance, every aspect of Christina’s life is centered around music. Her debut performance of Holy at BIMM’s End of Term Showcase created a well-deserved buzz around the single, and now it’s available in all it’s glory, it’s clear to see why.

Holy is available worldwide on iTunes and all other major digital outlets tomorrow (September 27th).
